legal question Hi,
Had a package sent to Parcel Motel with a tracking number on it. It was signed for but I never received it. After 3 weeks of emails and phone calls they asked for an invoice, which I provided from PayPal. They said this would not suffice. As I bought this online I do not have any other invoice. They are now stating that the package was addressed to someone else and has been collected. They photograph every parcel that comes in, am I legally entitled to ask them to send me a photograph of the tracking number?
