legal question My father in law died 6 years ago. He left a will leaving his flat in Hyd to his oldest son. Unfortunately the son died one year ago leaving behind a wife and two sons. On of the sons also died 4 months ago in an accident. The wife and surving son are currently settled abroad and wish release their right to the property in favour of my wife. We too live abroad. The question is do we need a heirship certficate to get a release deed in order to get title of the flat to my wife? If so, can we get from the court without being physically present? Can you suggest someone who will undertake to do it on our behalf
