legal question I am pursuing 2nd year LLB and was wondering if i can trnsfer credit to Uk n finish 3rd year in uk(london) and also pursue LLM in London. Is it possible in any particular UNiversity,if yes could anyone name one or few universities?

legal answer from lawyer E00003355Normally UK University does not accept any credit transfer from any Indian University. You can pursue LL.M course in any UK University on completion of your LL.B. Usually this kind of LL.M Course is tailor-made course for a specified period (like 10 months / 1 year etc) on specific subjects (like Business Law / IPR / International Law etc). There are many Universities in the UK who have this sort of Course and you can find the details in the website. Abhijit Mukhopadhyay, London
